Why No Buyer Fee

The simple version

When you buy a new-build or off-plan property with us, you pay us nothing. The commission is already built into the sale price and paid by the developer or seller, so you get independent representation without adding a separate fee to your side of the transaction.

How it actually works

Developers and sellers budget a sales commission into every project whether a buyer comes direct or through an agent. When you come to Daemi, that commission covers our work on your behalf. It does not add to the purchase price and it does not come out of your pocket.

Why this keeps our advice independent

Because we act for the buyer, we can compare the wider market, tell you when a project is not right, verify the developer and licences before you commit, and review the contract in your interest. Our reputation depends on buyers trusting that advice.
